Airlines won't rip out 4,000 economy seats they bought three years ago. So we built the inverse business: keep the shells, replace the surfaces passengers actually touch.

Zoned-density seatpan cushion. -23% pressure points.

Replaces the existing seatpan foam with a multi-zone density cushion mapped to passenger anthropometry. Front rail uses softer 28kg/m3 foam to relieve thigh pressure; rear pelvic zone uses firmer 65kg/m3 for hip support. Same envelope as OEM cushion, no certification of seat structure required.

Single-component lumbar insert that retrofits behind the existing seatback foam. Distributes pressure across the L3-L5 vertebrae using zoned visco-elastic foam. Installs in under 4 minutes per seat during routine C-checks. STC modular for 737NG / 737 MAX / A320 / A320neo families.
